The home pictured here has been built seamlessly on one level - from the lack of front steps to the back barbeque. Planning accommodates seniors, perhaps with walkers and juniors in strollers. Bathrooms and kitchens feature access to drawers conveniently placed lower for people in wheelchairs. Wide hallways, an open plan and the lack of steps welcomes family and guests in an easy, friendly manner that never telegraphs 'accessibility'.
