Our family planned our Muskoka Room to welcome nature into the cottage.
Three-season spaces bring the outside in, from
April right through late October.
Sunrooms, screened-in porches, Muskoka Rooms... call them what you will. Their purpose is the same.
Each extends the comfort and delight in your cottage from the beginnings of Spring to watching the last leaves fall. When we planned our custom cottage, we envisioned a unique mix of inside comfort while keeping the everchanging environment outside.

What's our family doing when it rains at the cottage? Our multi-use gathering place is perfect for coffee, games, and companionship, with the benefit of keeping dry. A ceiling fan keeps the breezes flowing. Window screens keep everyone insect-free.

This unique barrel ceiling caps the room, situated high above the land, perched ideally for expansive lakeside views.
The complementary use of woods, from floor to rounded ceiling, creates a natural meeting place for families and friends to comfortably gather inside, while enjoying nature all around.
We'd like families to bring us their ideas, photos, mood boards, in short everything, that will help visualize their new home.

Opening the windows wide upon the lake brings fresh breezes and expansive views all around. Unbroken access to the deck, with glass panelled railings, allows nature to step right in.
This comfortable setting is just the spot for coffee, tea and invigorating conversation... literally a living room right on the water!

If you are planning a new custom cottage, even in the very first stages of your thinking, we would love to speak with you.
