Lake Rosseau - Bunkie Walkthrough
Explore this bunkie designed and built above a boathouse on Lake Rosseau. Join Patrick Bongers for a walkthrough of its thoughtful design, finishes and clever use of space.
A bunkie above the boathouse is a wonderful way to make more room for family and friends, giving new meaning to the term, 'lakeside living'. On Lake Rosseau, CedarCoast has created a comfortable retreat that makes thoughtful use of the available space, all built around a spectacular view.
In this How Do We Do It? video, Patrick takes us on a walkthrough, pointing out some of the details that make this bunkie unique. From the built-in banquette seating to the interior finishes, it's a look at how careful planning can make a compact space feel welcoming and practical.
It's all part of Connecting Generations — creating places where family and friends can gather, stay a little longer, and enjoy life at the lake.
