MUSKOKA CUSTOM COTTAGE BUILDERS: HIRING YOUR OWN CONTRACTOR?

CEDARCOAST HAS SUPPORTED MANY BUILDERS and general contractors in the construction of our homes, cottages and commercial buildings. We appreciate the opportunity to form new relationships with Muskoka Custom Cottage Builders, as well as other professionals in different geographical areas in Canada, the U.S. and beyond.

OUR CLIENTS have the option of engaging any qualified contractor no matter where they are building. CedarCoast is here to support both your contractor and you. We will continue to be an advocate for you throughout the construction process and you will remain an important client to CedarCoast for years to come.

DEVELOPING THE DESIGN and initial drawings for your home is a creative process. As the design gets flushed out, more details and specifications are added. Once this process is complete, CedarCoast moves onto final construction drawings which are considered to be an important quality control tool. Also, a complete Bill of Materials is issued that spells out every detail of the CedarCoast materials package that your contractor can easily follow.

WITH THESE DOCUMENTS IN HAND and our support, you can confidently move forward with quotes for your home knowing that the details have been taken care of.

CEDARCOAST HELPS YOU CHOOSE A CONTRACTOR AND COMPARE BIDS

WE CAN HELP YOU identify qualified, professional contractors in your area. Our detailed specifications and comprehensive drawings will ensure that comparable bids from contractors are presented.

WE WILL HELP YOU COMPARE THE BIDS and make sure that they conform to our specified methods and standards. Accurate and meaningful comparisons can be made so that you can make a smart choice with confidence.
