Can you give me some approximate pricing for your timber frame and log homes?

As you know, prices can certainly vary depending on complexity and size (the larger the house, the less per square foot). The other variable is whether you choose our SIPS panels or our standard conventional wall system.

The materials package includes everything required for close-in and lock-up, including all windows, doors, cedar siding and trim (actual roofing material not included).

The prices below are approximate and can certainly vary up or down.

Simple Post & Beam Materials USD $55 / sq. ft.

Turn-key USD $150 / sq. ft.

Full Post & Beam / Timber Frame Materials USD $65 / sq. ft.

Turn-key USD $175 / sq. ft.
