Dear Pat, Bert and the Incredible CedarCoast Team,

Unfortunately, this note of gratitude has been far too long in sending but my travel schedule for business this fall has been brutal.

While I sit in AWE of my new cottage, I can only imagine the nightmares and disappointments that may have been had I not had the good fortune to work with the professionals on the CedarCoast Team. The overwhelming assistance, guidance and patience, is beyond a simple thank you. Every office, on-site and vendor meeting with each associate was pleasant and certainly educational for me.

.....without your help and understanding, this project could never have been completed in such a timely fashion and with such craftsmanship. The accolades keep coming from friends, family and neighbours, but, they pale in comparison to how I truly feel and my deepest thanks to everyone.

I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Ben and you Pat, because I don't know where I would be if you both hadn't gone the extra mile at every turn. Between Ben's dedication and your fairness, I now have a new home that my family is very proud of and will create wonderful new memories for many years to come.

Finally the job is done and we are thoroughly pleased with the creation! It is now time to enjoy our dream of which you all played a big part. We would like to send to our warmest thanks for your help, advice and unconditional commitment to our project – from start to finish.

We would like to especially recognize Rob, who took ideas and added his suggestions to make improvements, Pat and Bert for their invaluable advise and expertise to keep everything on track, to Al and his excellent crew who expertly created what we are proud to call home. Last, but without a doubt, there are no words to express our gratitude to Ben Readman. Who never gave up, who never lost his cool in what sometimes could be defined as difficult situations. His constant professionalism and unfailing positive attitude helped to ensure the success of our project and we are truly grateful.

We wanted all of you to know that if anyone were to ask us today if we would do it again with the same company and same people, we would not hesitate to give a positive answer.

Dear Bert and Pat,

Our cedar log home is finished and we are delighted with the results. We have enclosed a picture taken in September 2005. It's warm solid cedar, wall smell great and we enjoy the ambience every time we visit. We feel that it is well built and will be in the family for generations. Thank you so much for offering such a quality product.

We would gladly recommend your company. Not only is the cedar home beautiful, but also the people at CedarBuilt/CedarCoast Homes were a pleasure to deal with. It was Pat who first caringly listened to our ideas, visited out lot and then designed a structure that suited our site. Then Bert, Joe, Helma, Carolyn and Ben advised us on the many details we need to chose and pay for. They were pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable. Once construction began we could see that you provide quality work. Al is a master builder. The men on our lake, many of them cottage builders, marveled at the quality of craftsmanship.

It was Ben, your construction supervisor, who made our experience so exceptional. Over the past year and a half we came to really appreciate Ben's professional demeanor.

Ben Reeman was totally reliable, punctual and considerate. An expert communicator, he kept us informed at every stage of the building process. He followed through on each request and provided some creative ideas which we incorporated. The attention to detail has resulted in a quality cottage that provides us with sheer enjoyment each time we visit. If things needed to be fixed, Ben saw to it. He took initiative to make sure things were just right. What a pleasure to deal with such an exceptional professional person.
